Therapeutic Application of Yoga
7-Day (56 Hours) Immersion

The immersion is a general health management and restoration system based on Meditation from the Tantras, Yoga as prescribed in Yogasutra and Spiritual Healing rooted in Swamiji’s own belief as direct descendent of Sage Gautam and child of Shiva and inspired by teachings of Allan Cardec, founder of Spiritism and Swami Ramitis the renowned Spiritist from Brazil. It caters to both, those wanting to be healed from specific health issue(S) and those wanting to learn it as a healing intervention/discipline. The immersion is broadly divided as follows:

Diagnosis 2 Hours
Detoxification of body 4 Hours

Shatkarma (Kriya): Neti, Kunjal, Dhauti (Shankh Prakshalan), Nauli, Basti/Kati snan and Tratak
Practice

Asanas 12 Hours
These patron learn and practice for 7 hours specific asanas that address the issue/ailment besides 7 hours of asanas for toning up general health, making the body flexible strengthening its immunity and prevention of common ailments.

Pranayama 6 Hours
3.5 hours addressing the specific health issue(s)
3.5 hours supportive Pranayama
Meditation 14 Hours
antar maun, ajapa japa, yogic relaxation and meditation techniques
Spiritual Healing 2 Hours
Theory 12 hours
Human Anatomy and Yoga Three bodies, five sheeths Asana and physical healing Prana (breath and breating) Five states of mind Pranayama and mental healing Mudra and psychic healing Understanding Three Doshas (Vata, Pitta, Kapha) and restoring their balance Yoga for harmony between mind, heart and hands Nadis, Chakras and Bandhas
